How to Order


It`s easy to buy our stuff online...  


Find the product you want and click on the `Add To Basket` button, you can see if your item is in stock and ready for delivery - its shown on the product page. (Almost every item is in our warehouse just waiting for you to give it the warm and comfy home it deserves!) 


You'll then be taken to your own personal `Shopping Basket`, which gives you a running total of the goods you are planning to purchase. You can either Continue Shopping or `Proceed To Checkout`, our checkout is quick and easy to use - there are few bits of information to fill in but we've kept them to a minimum. To save you time next time you shop with us you can easily create an Account - we'll store your address details - but not your card details - we never see or store them. Your account also lets you check past orders and track your delivery more easily - and its free! 


Your order will be processed at Towers and a confirmation of your order will be emailed to you. Please check it carefully and if you have made a mistake or want to change something let us know immediately by email - quoting the order number on the email you've received.  


Your goods will be dispatched normally within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) subject to the goods being available from our stock, standard shipping to UK mainland address takes 3 to 5 days. Other delivery options are available. 


We'll send you an email with a consignment number as soon as the goods are shipped - it's our guarantee of dispatch, and you can use the consignment number to track your parcel online.  


For your added security, all our deliveries are sent on a ""Tracked"" and ""Signed for Service"", so please make sure that someone will be in to receive the goods, as they can’t be left without a signature.
