Get your order delivered - fast...

 

Standard Delivery - £3.95 per order - approximately 3 to 5 working days from order

·Goods must be signed for on delivery - so please ensure someone is available

·Track your order online - free of charge, we'll email your consignment number to you as your parcel leaves our warehouse

 

Next Working Day Delivery - £5.95 - ordered before 1pm - excludes Highlands and Islands

·Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery when you place your order before 13:00 Monday to Friday.  Please be aware that Saturday is not considered to be a working day by the courier.  Orders dispatched on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday (or Tuesday where Monday is a Bank Holiday). 

·Goods must be signed for on delivery - so please ensure someone is available

·Excludes products that are directly dispatched from our suppliers

. Track yourorder online - free on charge, we'll email your consignment number to you as your parcel leaves our warehouse

 

 Saturday Delivery - £9.95 - order before midday on Friday - excludes Highlands and Islands

·Guaranteed Saturday Delivery when you order before midday (12.00pm) on the preceding Friday

·Goods must be signed for on delivery - so please ensure someone is available

·Excludes goods that are directly dispatched from our suppliers

The Small Print....

- GirlsStuff.co.uk terms and conditions apply.
 
- All delivery options are subject to goods being in stock and ready for dispatch.

- If the courier attempts delivery and there is no one available to sign for and receive the goods we are unable to refund the shipping charges.
 
- Some very large products may incur a shipping surcharge - we will let you know in the checkout and if possible on the product page.

- Unfortunately, due to changes in the Royal Mail system, we are currently unable to deliver to BFPO addresses, we don't like this either and we are working hard to resolve it.

- UK mainland excludes Scottish Highlands and the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. Please note these post codes carry a shipping surcharge:

If your delivery is going to one of these post codes your total shipping charge will be finally calculated at the order confirmation page. You will be given the option to cancel your order at the order confirmation page if you are not happy with the charge - and well before you card is charged.

 

Failed Deliveries:

  • Our couriers will attempt to deliver each parcel at least twice before returning a parcel to us and in most cases will leave you with a card to let you know that they have tried to deliver.
  • Please note that any orders returned to us where the courier has attempted delivery would be subject to a £9.95 failed delivery and additional postage would have to be charged to post the item again.
  • If you prefer us to refund the item instead of sending it again please note that the original cost of shipping & gift wrap (if applicable) would be deducted from the refund.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia,Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

 

If your country is not included in this list please contact our customer services team, and they'll be happy to provide a quote for postage to your country.
